At La Maison de l'Ambre we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have simple solutions for returning your items or requesting a refund, in compliance with current legislation.

1. Right of withdrawal (30 days)

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of (30) days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason and without penalty, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods.

This right of withdrawal applies to all our jewelry, with the exception of models engraved or personalized at your request, which cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Conditions for returned products

To be accepted, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Not have been worn for a long time or damaged
• Be in perfect condition for resale: not damaged, not broken, not soiled, not scratched
• Be returned in its original, undamaged packaging (case, pouch, box, etc.)
• Be accompanied by all the necessary items: invoice, certificate of authenticity, accessories, etc.

Any return not complying with these conditions may be refused or result in a partial refund.

We strongly recommend that you send your returns by recorded delivery or registered post, so that you have proof of delivery and tracking.

4. Return costs and risks

The costs and risks of returning goods are at the customer's expense, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product found on receipt.

La Maison de l'Ambre cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or undelivered packages.

5. Refunds

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, La Maison de l'Ambre will refund the purchase price of the item(s) concerned, within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of your request for withdrawal and the returned product conform.

Initial shipping costs, as well as any engraving or personalization costs, remain the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

No COD shipments or returns will be accepted.
